process. Once registered, you’ll have access to the seller dashboard
where you can manage your listings, track orders, and handle customer
interactions.

- Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, images, and details of the products they list.
- All products must comply with K-Cart’s quality standards and must not violate any intellectual property rights.
- Product
listings must be categorized appropriately, and sellers are encouraged
to use relevant keywords to help customers find their products.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Sellers
are free to set their own prices for the products they offer. However,
K-Cart reserves the right to implement pricing adjustments for
promotions or marketing campaigns.
- Payments
for products sold will be processed according to our payment cycle.
Sellers will receive payouts for successful sales after the deduction of
applicable fees.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Sellers
must ensure timely shipping and delivery of products to customers.
Delivery times should be clearly stated on the product page.
- All orders should be shipped within the agreed-upon time frame to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sellers are responsible for packing products securely to avoid damage during shipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
- K-Cart follows a return and refund policy that applies to all products sold on the platform.
- Sellers
are required to accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with
K-Cart’s return policy unless the product is marked as non-returnable.
- Sellers are encouraged to communicate with customers promptly regarding returns, refunds, or issues related to products.
6. Customer Service
- Sellers must maintain a professional level of customer service at all times.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- K-Cart encourages open and respectful communication between sellers and customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
7. Seller Fees
- K-Cart charges a commission fee on each sale made through the platform. The fee percentage may vary based on product categories.
- Fees are deducted from the seller’s total earnings, and the remaining balance is paid out in accordance with our payment cycle.
8. Compliance with Laws
- Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in the jurisdiction they operate in.
- K-Cart reserves the right to remove any products or suspend a seller’s account if they are found to be in violation of the law.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
- K-Cart
reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller’s account if the
seller is found to be in violation of our policies, engaging in
fraudulent activity, or providing products that are harmful or illegal.
- If an account is terminated, the seller will forfeit all unpaid earnings, and any pending orders will be canceled.
10. Policy Updates K-Cart
may update or modify this Seller Policy from time to time. Sellers will
be notified of any changes, and it’s the seller’s responsibility to
stay informed about the latest policies.
